Role and Team

As a Global Business Process Specialist Financial Compliance – Authorizations, you will be a part of the RSS Business Process Management Financial Compliance Chapter and will report directly to the Chapter Lead. We offer a flexible working framework and interviews are conducted virtually due to the global setup of the team.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursuing the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy.

• Being responsible for global, cross-divisional state-of-the-art process/authorization design within your business process area within the E2E process.

• Acting as an empowered decision-maker for your area across divisions, in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM.

• Working closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS chapter to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.

• Reviewing global authorization concepts and processes, designing and aligning roles/job functions, and safeguarding authorization role compliance during design.

• Following up on authorization-related issues based on root cause analysis and coordinating authorization role requests.

• Maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Who You Are

Furthermore, you have:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.

• Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management/IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, or Audit.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in authorization and access management and GRC tools; strong technical competencies in SAP and solid process knowledge in finance and procurement.

• Methodological Skills: Proven skills in BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), and continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen).

• Leadership & Collaboration: Experience working in multicultural teams and matrix structures, with the ability to balance interests of senior stakeholders and influence complex global networks.

• Communication: Business fluency in English.
