We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) APAC Center in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia! Please note that this is a Fixed-Term Contract (2 years) role directly under Roche.
As a Global Business Process Specialist Financial Compliance – Authorizations, you will be a part of the RSS Business Process Management Financial Compliance Chapter and will report directly to the Chapter Lead. We offer a flexible working framework and interviews are conducted virtually due to the global setup of the team.
Actively pursuing the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy.
Being responsible for global, cross-divisional state-of-the-art process/authorization design within your business process area within the E2E process.
Acting as an empowered decision-maker for your area across divisions, in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM.
Working closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS chapter to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
Reviewing global authorization concepts and processes, designing and aligning roles/job functions, and safeguarding authorization role compliance during design.
Following up on authorization-related issues based on root cause analysis and coordinating authorization role requests.
Maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, passionate about their job, and understands that providing high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member, you are open-minded, dedicated to making a difference, and open to constant development.
Furthermore, you have:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management/IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, or Audit.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in authorization and access management and GRC tools; strong technical competencies in SAP and solid process knowledge in finance and procurement.
Methodological Skills: Proven skills in BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), and continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen).
Leadership & Collaboration: Experience working in multicultural teams and matrix structures, with the ability to balance interests of senior stakeholders and influence complex global networks.
Communication: Business fluency in English.
