Job summary

A leading global automotive company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality teams and strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of automotive quality experience, including supervisory roles, and must be proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of automotive quality experience including 2+ years in supervisory/managerial roles.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PQE, CQE, SQE, Incoming Inspection & System Quality teams.
  • Implement quality strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Act as main contact for OEM customers and manage complaints.
  • Lead APQP, PPAP, validation, and quality approvals.
  • Oversee supplier evaluation, qualification & monitoring.
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and lead improvement projects.
