Global Access Management Specialist needed at Damansara Heights
Hybrid mode: 3 days from office, 2 days home
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Contract 6 months first, and renewable depends on performance.

Position Summary

The role is part of the Global Access Management team within Colleague Technology Support Services (CTSS). The team handles professional, timely, and accurate processing of access requests for over 100,000 internal colleagues across the company. You’ll manage high volumes of incidents and tasks daily, collaborating with other back-office functions to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Active Directory accounts and NTFS security permissions across multiple domains.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
  • Take part in Service Improvement Programs.
  • Provide ad-hoc guidance for non-service catalogue items and general queries.
  • Support service improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with monitoring requirements and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and tools.
  • Answer queries on current and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with project teams for problem resolution.
  • Follow Change Management processes and adhere to security policies.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX/FSA audit requirements.
  • Implement services aligned with the Service Catalogue.
  • Password reset / manage the account lock.
Required Experience & Skills

Experience:

  • 3+ years in Access Management and technology-related roles.
  • Advantage in LINUX.
  • Experience in large global organizations providing internal support services.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Active Directory and NTFS Security Permission management.
  • Familiarity with Exchange (multiple domains).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work under pressure with high accuracy.
