A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Global Access Management Specialist in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves managing Active Directory accounts and providing internal support services. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Access Management, excellent communication and organizational skills. The role is part of the Global Access Management team within Colleague Technology Support Services (CTSS). The team handles professional, timely, and accurate processing of access requests for over 100,000 internal colleagues across the company. You’ll manage high volumes of incidents and tasks daily, collaborating with other back-office functions to resolve issues efficiently.
