A leading geotechnical firm in Selangor is seeking an experienced Technical & Design Manager to oversee the technical and design aspects of geotechnical projects across Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing the design team, reviewing technical proposals and collaborating with operation teams to overcome design challenges. Qualifications

• Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnical specialist works.
• Proficient in the use of engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the technical and design team.
• Check designs and drawings produced by the design team.
• Review and approve design sections of tenders.
• Advise the Contract team on technical aspects of projects.
• Collaborate with the Operation team to resolve technical challenges.
