Friesland Campina is seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to join our IT Commerce (General Trade Sales) team. This role will spearhead program management for advanced Distributor Management System (DMS) capabilities implementations across the region and establish a scalable Value Enablement Framework to define, track, and realize benefits from these projects. The PMO Lead will drive project governance, value realization, and delivery excellence, working closely with commercial stakeholders, senior IT leaders, and several project managers who will report in a dotted-line capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program and project management for sales IT initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Develop, implement, and scale a Value Enablement Framework for benefits tracking and realization
• Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in medium to large matrix organizations across multiple countries
• Coach and guide project managers to ensure effective delivery
• Collaborate with IT architects and solution providers to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant commercial IT systems
• Support sales transformation through Distributor Operations, DMS, merchandising tools, and other related IT systems

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years in PMO, IT program/project management, and value enablement
• Proven expertise in value realization and benefits tracking
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations
• Ability to design frameworks, lead delivery, and coach project managers
• Deep knowledge of General Trade sales processes, Distributor Management Systems, and FMCG commercial IT environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• PMP certification required; PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are a plus
• Experience managing multi-country projects in complex business landscapes
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite
