A leading organic food company in Malaysia seeks a General Trade Sales Executive to build customer relationships and expand market reach. Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of FMCG / General Trade sales experience.
  • Strong skills in route planning, merchandising and basic reporting using Excel and Word.
  • Valid driver’s license with comfort in daily field travel.

Responsibilities

  • Service existing customers with updates on promotions, pricing, and new product listings.
  • Ensure proper shelf placement and track stock balances.
  • Process customer orders and identify new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Plan daily sales routes and coordinate promotional efforts.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and provide solutions.

General Trade Sales Executive (Organic Food & Health Products)

Up to RM5K-RM7K++ Monthly Earnings (Basic + Allowances + Incentives)

Travel: Monthly trip to South (fully sponsored by the company)

As a General Trade Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Love Earth Organic — building long-term customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring that our healthy food products are accessible to consumers everywhere. If you enjoy meeting people, solving challenges, and growing in a dynamic FMCG environment, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You’ll Do
  • Service existing customers with updates on promotions, pricing, and new product listings
  • Ensure proper shelf placement and record stock balances
  • Obtain and process customer orders
  • Identify new business opportunities via cold calls, walk-ins, and company-provided leads
  • Open new customer accounts and expand distribution coverage
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Plan daily sales routes and coordinate with merchandisers
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, products, and promotions
  • Support in-store promotions, events, mailers, and roadshows
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collect feedback to recommend product or service improvements
  • Travel to South once a month (company-sponsored travel)

  • 2+ years of FMCG / General Trade sales experience
  • Good in route planning, merchandising & basic reporting (Excel/Word)
  • Valid driver’s license & comfort with daily field travel
