General Support & Admin Executive综合支持&行政专员

Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for the daily management of the office, ensuring a clean and tidy working environment and the normal operation of all facilities and equipment in the office area. 负责办公室的日常管理,确保办公环境干净整洁、办公区域内设施设备处于可正常使用状态。
  2. Handle daily local administrative work, including visitor reception, switchboard operation, courier distribution, office supplies management, office expansion, site selection and renovation, as well as coordination with relevant administrative authorities and local suppliers. 负责当地行政的日常工作,如访客接待、总机、快递传达、办公用品管理、办公室扩大选址装修,以及与相应管理机构以及供应商对接等。
  3. Manage local fixed assets in strict compliance with the company’s fixed asset management policies and regulations. 按照固定资产管理相关制度,负责当地固定资产的管理。

  6. Take charge of access control card management and the daily maintenance of office equipment. 负责门禁卡的管理、办公室设备管理等。

Qualifications
  1. College diploma or above, major in Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related fields. 大专及以上学历,行政管理、商业管理、信息技术或相关专业。

2.Proficiency in Chinese, English and Malay is a must. Candidates with academic qualifications or training certificates recognized locally in Malaysia will be preferred. 熟悉中文、英文、马来语,拥有马来西亚本地认可的相关学历或培训证书者优先

  1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, office management in Malaysia. IT support experience is a plus. 至少2年以上马来西亚本地行政支持、办公室管理相关工作经验。有 IT 支持相关经验者优先
  2. Have a thorough understanding of local administrative, commercial and labor laws and regulations in Malaysia. 熟悉马来西亚当地行政、商业及劳工法规。
  3. Prior work experience in Chinese-funded enterprises, multinational corporations or organizations requiring frequent coordination with China headquarters/teams is highly preferred. 有在中资企业、跨国公司或需要频繁对接中国总部/团队的机构工作经验者优先。
  4. Practical experience in local supplier management, office leasing/renovation and expatriate employee settlement (e.g., visa assistance, accommodation arrangement) is an advantage. 具有本地供应商管理、办公室租赁/装修、外籍员工安置(如签证协助、住宿安排)等实际经验优先。
  5. Possess a strong sense of service and initiative, as well as excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills; be patient, meticulous and adept at resolving misunderstandings caused by cultural or linguistic differences. 良好的服务意识和主动性,以及跨文化沟通与协调能力,性格耐心、细致,善于化解因文化或语言产生的误解。
  6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, and be able to properly manage and protect company and employee information. 具备较强的责任感和保密意识,能妥善处理公司及员工信息。
