Job description

Control and secure the traffic and movement at the main entrance.

Verify all visitors and deny entry to unauthorized or disapproved individuals.

Compound Entrance

Ensure visitors and contractors have valid identification documents before issuing access cards and visitor forms.

Control the movement of staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in/out of the compound.

Conduct surveillance at strategic areas, as well as patrolling and guarding duties.

Monitor traffic movement within the premises.

Perform body searches and inspect personal belongings, parcels, vehicles, etc., of staff and visitors as a preventive measure when necessary.

Security Control Center

Inspect and check all parcels, boxes, or items brought into the premises.

Ensure that all office machinery, parcels, or items being taken out are checked and have the relevant documentation and written permission from the Head of Department.

Assist the shift leader in managing daily security activities at the Control Center.

Other Responsibilities

Assist in the safeguard of high-security materials in and out of the premises.

Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team and Fire Rescue Team (Fire Marshall).

Respond to and report all incidents.

Educational Background / Professional Experience / Skills
