A company in agricultural machinery is seeking an experienced Sales Manager located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, lead the sales team, and analyze market trends. Required qualifications include a diploma, 5 years of experience in sales management, and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
· Build and maintain good relationships with customers, principals, and suppliers.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Parts & Service team to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
· Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
· To do planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and road shows or develop awareness of main brands.
· Minimum Diploma and 5 years or more experiences in sales management and success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia and Indonesia.
· Strong and convincing personality with proven sales records.
