Job summary

A medical clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified medical professional to conduct patient consultations and manage both acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council and possess strong communication skills. Aesthetic experience is preferred but not mandatory. This role requires fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia and the ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and diagnosis for general medical conditions
• Provide general medical care and manage acute or chronic conditions
• Prescribe medication and explain treatment options to patients clearly
• Maintain accurate patient records, comply with medical and aesthetic regulations
• Participate in ongoing medical training and aesthetic upskilling provided by the clinic
• Support clinic marketing efforts via participation in live events, videos, or patient education sessions (if required)
• Ensure clinical area cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support smooth clinic operations
• Participate in training or professional development activities as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
• Minimum 1–3 years clinical experience (aesthetic experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Able to work independently
• Professional, ethical, and confident in medical decision-making
• Comfortable with patient-facing roles, video content creation, or live consultation (if needed)
• Tech-savvy and familiar with EMR systems is an advantage
• Minimum academic qualification: MBBS or equivalent from a recognized university
• Able to work night shifts (2pm–10pm) and weekends (if required)
