Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and ongoing medical care to residents.
- Conduct regular health assessments and medical reviews.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and oversee treatment plans.
- Monitor and review residents' care plans with nursing staff.
- Respond to medical emergencies within the care home.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, policies and regulations.
