Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking medical practitioners to transition into hospital management roles. This position involves overseeing optimal patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing budgets and medical staff. Successful candidates will start at the headquarters for 6 months before being assigned to hospitals in Malaysia as Hospital Operations Managers. Candidates should possess strong leadership and financial management skills.

• Creating financial reports and budgets.

• Collaborating with health boards, stakeholders, medical staff, and investors.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as delegated.

Job description

We are seeking Medical Practitioners who are keen to move into Hospital Management and to enhance their current medical knowledge at clinics into overall tertiary hospital management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementing and managing budgets, resources, and financial planning.

Developing and implementing organizational-level goals and procedures.

Collaborating with health boards, stakeholders, medical staff, and investors.

To undertake other duties and responsibilities as delegated.

Upon attachment at the ICG HQ at Petaling for 6 months, successful candidate may be assigned to one of our Hospitals within Malaysia as Hospital Operations Manager
