A luxury 5 star private villas resort in Ubud, Bali is seeking an accomplished General Manager to provide strategic leadership and full operational oversight of the property.

This role is intended for a seasoned hospitality executive with a proven track record in luxury operations, financial stewardship, and high-performance team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall executive leadership and strategic direction for the property
• Assume full responsibility for operational performance, profitability, and asset management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to deliver luxury service standards
• Drive commercial strategies including revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and market positioning
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, brand integrity, and reputation management
• Maintain strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices
• Act as the principal representative to ownership, stakeholders, and key partners

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work on-site full-time in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, with extensive senior leadership exposure
• Proven experience as a General Manager, Cluster GM, or equivalent executive role
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility, preferably with a background in Sales & Marketing
• Strong background in luxury resorts, private villas, or high-end boutique properties
• Experience working in Indonesia is highly advantageous
• Exceptional leadership capability with strong people, performance, and culture management skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage
