Job Responsibilities
- Advise clients’ leadership teams on the creation, implementation, and improvement of HR and team development plans, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze HR challenges and opportunities within client organizations and provide actionable solutions.
- Guide clients in developing and updating HR policies that support business performance, employee satisfaction, and compliance.
- Review and suggest new policies or revisions to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide expert advice on team development strategies, leadership training, and building high‑performing teams.
- Help clients define and implement meaningful HR KPIs to track performance and progress.
- Ensure client organizations maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive HR‑related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in HR consulting or advisory roles.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP), or relevant certifications highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and align HR practices with client business goals.
