Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national fleet operations, including cost analysis, performance reporting, and financial planning.
• Develop and implement strategies and daily operational plans for fleet utilisation, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all third-party vehicle vendors comply with company standards and service requirements.
• Operate a business unit that consistently meets the expectations of internal teams and external clients.
• Introduce and promote fleet management solutions as part of integrated logistics services.
• Actively engage in business development, including participation in tenders and new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, and service frequency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations, with at least some in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiation, including fleet contracts and ad-hoc projects.
• Proven experience managing tenders, corporate accounts, and new client onboarding.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
