We’re seeking a results-oriented Head of Business Operations to lead six key divisions—Desktop Publishing, Sales & Customer Management, Key Accounts, Product Merchandising, Tech, and Business Development.

You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape strategy, drive revenue, and lead a team of ~50 across business-critical functions. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing B2B e-commerce environment.

• Develop and execute growth-focused strategies to achieve double-digit revenue growth
• Oversee daily operations and performance across six divisions
• Drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
