About the role

As the General Manager - Credit Financing, you will be responsible for leading and managing the credit financing division of the Company, a Credit Finance services provider based in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role is integral to the company's growth and expansion plans, driving the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the credit financing business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective credit policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the credit financing portfolio
• Overseeing the credit approval process, including the assessment of credit applications, risk evaluation, and decision‑making
• Managing and monitoring the credit financing portfolio, identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Driving the expansion of the credit financing business through the acquisition of new customers and the development of innovative financing solutions
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience
• Providing strategic leadership and direction to the credit financing team, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting their professional development
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the credit financing operations
