General Manager, Corporate Finance & Development

Fully responsible for the negotiation, structuring, due diligence, and execution of all Joint Venture (JV) partnerships for the Group.

Actively identify and evaluate new land acquisitions, development projects, and diversified business opportunities.

Oversee and coordinate the Group’s engagement with government agencies, including approvals, regulatory compliance, policy alignment, and collaborative initiatives.

Lead all financing activities, syndicated facilities, capital management, and relationship building with banks and financial institutions.

Develop and drive the Group’s 5- to 7-year strategic growth plan and business roadmap.

Job Requirement:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investments, joint ventures, or strategic planning, ideally within the property development, construction, or corporate group environment.

Experience in managing financing activities, bank relationships, syndicated loans, and capital management.

Well-versed in government regulations, approval processes, and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
