A manufacturing company in Balakong is seeking an experienced individual to plan and oversee daily business operations. This role involves developing growth strategies, managing budgets, and hiring employees. A minimum of a diploma and 10 years of management experience are required, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical context. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong leadership capabilities. This position demands high integrity and resourcefulness.

Planning and oversee daily business operations.
Develop and implement growth strategies and setting goals.
Maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses.
Improving revenue. Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Hiring employees, evaluating performance and productivity.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Scheduling staff meetings to discuss issues and points of improvement.
Enabling proper staff health and safety regulation management.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Reporting the workings to upper management
Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
Preferably with 10 or more years of management.
Experienced in a manufacturing structure, knowledge in Chemical industry will be an advantage
Excellent planning & organizational skills. Working independently.
Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skills.
Able to work with a high degree of independence and initiatives as well as balance multiple priorities and commitments.
High level of integrity, resourceful, personal drive and able to communicate well.
Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics. Good communication skill.
Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
