#Leadership Role. We are looking for candidates with Leadership experience in Wire and Cable Manufacturing and Sales Industry. You will be responsible for our Alor Gajah Wire and Cable Manufacturing Facilities.

Provides overall direction of the company within guidelines set by a board of directors. Responsible for leading and managing people, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, optimising manufacturing facilities and position the company to ride on growth of clean energy.

Work with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives, medium-term goals and related strategic plans and policies.

Ensure high production efficiency, improve cost-efficiency and ensure quality standards are met.

Proven and established track record as a leader in the wire and cable industry.

Manage the sales & marketing activity, build strong customer relationships, identify potential customers and increase sales.

Monitor the pulse of business, industry trends, identify business opportunities to drive sales and revenue, and expand market shares in the wire and cable industry.

Ensure compliance with local regulatory, legal and industrial practices are met.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, shareholders, business partners and authorities.

Ensure sustainable growth of the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in manufacturing. Experience in wire and cable manufacturing is preferred.
• Has established a network and sales and marketing experience in the wire and cable industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent in communication, business writing and presentation.
• Travelling for Business Development, Sales and Marketing is required.
