Job summary

A well-known trading platform in Kuala Lumpur seeks an FX Business Development Manager to identify business opportunities, manage client portfolios, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in finance or related fields and at least one year of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Forex and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role, which offers a competitive salary with commission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing a sales team in investment Forex, Futures, Cryptocurrency, or Fintech.
  • Must have an existing active book of clients.
  • Strong understanding of Forex, Shares, and CFDs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and negotiate to create profitable accounts.
  • Drive new account sales by demonstrating product benefits.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure tasks completion.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members.

Skills

Strong knowledge & understanding of Forex

Basic Salary: USD1500 - 2500 (Depending on client portfolio) + Commission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable account through identifying needs within FX industry.
  • Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company's product and services.
  • Build and maintain portfolio of clients.
  • Managing stakeholders and outcomes to ensure tasks completion and targets met.
  • Maintain and build professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values.
  • Plan and manage team capacity and activities to meet assigned target and deliverables.
  • Ensure that the feedbacks provided to the team members on their performance are accurate, complete, and timely. Provide support, coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet their KPIs and adhere to the organizations guidelines and policies.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Economics or related majors
  • Preferable with a minimum of 1 years of experience in managing and directing a sales team in relevant industries. (Investment Forex, Futures, Cryptocurrency and Fintech)
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of Forex, Shares and CFDs.
  • Wide range of client resources is required, must have the existing active book of clients
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
