Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant – Supply Chain Systems with strong expertise across Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation of supply chain applications, ensuring seamless integration, process optimization, and business value realization across warehousing, transportation, and procurement functions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, process re‑engineering, and driving digital transformation across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from warehouse, logistics, procurement, and supplier teams, and map end‑to‑end supply chain processes (WMS/TMS/SRM).
• Configure WMS, TMS, and SRM modules, including warehouse operations, transportation planning, and sourcing/e‑bidding workflows, ensuring strong ERP and system integrations.
• Develop and run testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) while preparing SOPs, process flows, training materials, and delivering user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage system interfaces, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements across supply chain applications.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot operational challenges, and recommend enhancements to improve performance and system adoption.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of functional consulting experience across WMS, TMS, and/or SRM domains.
• Hands‑on experience with major platforms such as:

WMS: SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS Cloud, Infor SCM

TMS: SAP TM, Oracle TMS, Blue Yonder, MercuryGate, BluJay

SRM: SAP Ariba/SRM, Coupa, Oracle Sourcing Cloud

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation processes, sourcing cycles, and supplier lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating supply chain systems with ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• Familiarity with MHE, barcode/RFID technologies, EDI/API integration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-site, or global environments.
• Related system certifications are a plus.
