Greeting customers and offering assistance.

Determine customers’ needs or preferences.

Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.

Demonstrating how products work.

Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.

Stay up to date with merchandise and informing customers about sales, promotions and awareness of Bata loyalty program (Bata Club).

Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise and monitoring sales floor.

Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
