Job summary

A leading retailer in Malaysia is seeking a highly enthusiastic Team Member for their Boost Juice family. The successful candidate will maintain quality service, ensure operational alignment with company values, and communicate effectively with the team. Requirements include at least SPM level, preferably in hospitality, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates with a passion but less experience may be considered. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain commitment in serving quality food, beverages, and products as well as providing excellent customer experience to all customers
  • To ensure that operations are in line with the company vision and values, & follow the strategic direction that is set out by the Management Team.
  • Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Store Crews, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager.
  • Responsible for logistics of stocks arrangement and shelf life (between storeroom and outlet)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level in any field, diploma or a degree in hospitality preferred
  • Ideally at least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or any related fields.
  • Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered if exceptional in all other areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent written & spoken English
  • Able to converse & understand written English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Candidates with passion but no experience are encouraged to apply.
