Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience delivering at least one complete MVP end-to-end (idea → build → deploy → iterate).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Next.js, React, and full‑stack JavaScript development.
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including APIs, databases, and authentication flows.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL; experience with Supabase is required.
• Comfortable using at least two AI‑assisted development tools such as V0, Replit, Lovable, or Bolt.new.
• Working experience with React Native (Expo) or Flutter for mobile application development.
• Ability to explain development workflows clearly, including prompting strategies, debugging, and iteration loops.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in fast‑moving environments.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, tight timelines, and evolving requirements.
• High ownership mindset with a focus on delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and deliver end‑to‑end MVPs from concept to deployment using AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Translate product requirements into functional frontend, backend, and database implementations.
• Develop full‑stack applications using Next.js (App Router) and React, ensuring clean component structure and reliable data flows.
• Implement backend logic using Route Handlers and/or Server Actions, including authentication and form handling.
• Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including schema design and basic performance optimization.
• Integrate and manage Supabase services, including authentication and database connectivity.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools (e.g., V0, Replit, Lovable, Bolt.new) to accelerate development, iteration, and debugging.
• Deploy applications to production environments and manage environment variables, error handling, and basic logging.
• Rapidly iterate on features based on feedback, validating functionality and usability.
• Develop or support mobile applications using React Native (Expo) or Flutter, including API integration and authentication flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, scope MVP features, and prioritize delivery speed versus complexity.
• Maintain clean, readable code and clear API contracts between frontend and backend systems.
