The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Lead and management team to implement business requirements into stable and reliable technical solutions. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the IT Lead and management to implement system features based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of internal systems.
• Perform bug fixing, system enhancements, and basic performance optimization.
• Assist in system testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Support API integration and basic system integration tasks under guidance.
• Ensure assigned modules are developed according to best coding practices and company standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to follow system architecture and technical direction provided by the IT Lead.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Laravel, Node.js, Django, or similar.
• Basic experience with RESTful API integration.
