Overview

What should you have?

Responsibilities

• Build a multi-tenant global SaaS solution with the latest, cutting-edge cloud technologies.
• Design solutions that consider essential security, performance, availability, and data protection measures.
• Ensure smooth cloud operations based on the established policies, SOPs and processes that conformed with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Assist to conduct investigation for root cause analysis and incident reporting when necessary.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance routines to maintain BASSnet cloud systems’ stability, security and resilience.
• Participate in overseeing user identity and access management.
• Identify cloud hosting improvement areas and devise plan to increase overall operation efficiency.
• Assist in identifying problems, workarounds & resolutions, and implement measures for optimal customer cloud workloads.
• Collaborate with project delivery team to implement the most optimal BASSnet solutions for customers
• Assist in pre-sales activities and customer demo environment preparation.

Qualifications

• What do you need to qualify? Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Min 5 years of IT infrastructure management experience, with 3 years active involvement in cloud operation, project implementation or architecture design work.
• Working knowledge of cyber security frameworks, compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
• Preferred certifications including Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator/ Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE, CCNA or other cloud certifications
• Good knowledge and experience in:
• Cloud IaaS/SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Microservices and databases
• Microsoft Remote Desktop Service (RDS) or Citrix Virtual Apps/ Virtual Desktops
• Networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, FTPS, VLAN, WAN
• Azure Firewall, NSG, Application Gateway, Auto-scaler and Load Balancer
• IAM, SSO, DLP and DRM
• Data backup and recovery
• DevOps and Agile
