A luxury hotel group seeks a Front Office Supervisor in Ipoh, Malaysia. The ideal candidate has a higher diploma in Hospitality Management, at least 3 years of hotel experience, and strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required. This role focuses on guest interaction and team training to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs, as well as cashiering functions efficiently

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:
