Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.

Assist customers with remittance transactions, currency exchange and general enquiries.

Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company procedures.

2. Transaction Handling

Perform cash handling, counting, balancing and end-of-day reconciliation.

Process incoming and outgoing remittance transactions accurately and promptly.

Manage foreign currency buy/sell transactions according to approved rates.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all transactions comply with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations.

Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and ensure proper documentation.

Report any suspicious or unusual transactions in line with AML/CFT policies.

4. Branch Operations

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front counter.

Perform daily cash balancing with supervisor/branch manager.

Assist in administrative tasks and support branch operations when required.

Job Requirements
  • Roles open at Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur and Johor.
  • Mandatory to work during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays.
  • Position open for Permanent and One (1) year Contract.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new environment and challenges.
  • Those without experience can apply as on the job training will be provided. Candidates with industry experience will have an added advantage.
  • Statutory Payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF).
  • Inpatient & Outpatient coverage for medical related issues.
