A local financial services company in Selangor is seeking friendly and professional individuals to join their team. The role involves greeting customers, handling cash transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with remittance services. Candidates should be willing to work weekends and public holidays and must possess strong customer service skills. On-the-job training is provided for those without experience. Statutory payments and medical coverage are included.
Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
Assist customers with remittance transactions, currency exchange and general enquiries.
Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Perform cash handling, counting, balancing and end-of-day reconciliation.
Process incoming and outgoing remittance transactions accurately and promptly.
Manage foreign currency buy/sell transactions according to approved rates.
Ensure all transactions comply with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations.
Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and ensure proper documentation.
Report any suspicious or unusual transactions in line with AML/CFT policies.
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front counter.
Perform daily cash balancing with supervisor/branch manager.
Assist in administrative tasks and support branch operations when required.
