We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at SMARTBUILDERS CONTRACTOR SDN.BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time front desk professional, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Welcoming and greeting all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintaining a well‑organised and presentable reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Ensuring the security and safety of the premises by following established protocols
  • Assisting with other office duties as required
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a professional office environment
