A local recreational facility in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Receptionist to provide friendly and efficient services at the Club House. The role includes managing facilities, attending to members' requests, and ensuring compliance with club rules. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be willing to work shifts. Provide efficient, friendly, and professional reception services at the Club House.
Manage and maintain Club House facilities and activities.
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational matters at Club House.
Assist the Facility team to ensure overall Club House facilities are in good condition.
Oversee and ensure all club members comply with club rules.
Attend to club members' requests or complaints and maintain good rapport with them.
Oversee and monitor daily routine maintenance to ensure the cleanliness of Club House.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recreational club, fitness centre, hotel or customer-service-based industry.
Willing to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays) and 6 days per week.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A background in sport science is an added advantage.
Possess own transport.
Able to start at short notice will be given priority consideration.
