Overview

Fresh Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Management (Kapar, Selangor)

Responsibilities

• Product Quality: Assure desired level of product quality; assure maintenance of product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standard, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to high level of housekeeping standards, etc.
• Organizational Efficiencies: Assure competency and continuity of managerial and specialized personnel fully capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through the selection development and training and motivation of key subordinates.
• Intra-company Contracts: Keeps key management informed and provides overall technical guidance and assistance to departmental business/sales and operations personnel regarding manufacturing methodology, production status, etc.
• Sales and Production Information: To enhance Sales and Production Information more effectiveness to meet and increase the sales and market demand.
• Product Costing: To analysis, monitoring and control the production costing within the plant.
• Manufacturing Costing: To study and control towards more savings cost on manufacturing to meet the Management direction and objectives.
• Special Projects: To assist Factory Manager in providing inputs and coordinating special projects relating to business expansion, operational and system improvement within the organisation.
• Risk Management and Internal Control: Assist to implement control processes within the factory operational environment, to identify and manage the risks within the system of risk management and internal control as well as to ensure that appropriate and timely correction actions are taken.
• Policies and Procedures: To develop policies and guidelines on a need basis as required by top management.
• Production Scheduling: Optimize production capacity in relation to finished goods inventory requirement and marketing requirement. Assure minimal back order status and adequate service levels through close liaison among business/ sales/ production/ inventory control and materials management personnel.
• Employee Relations: Provides positive employee relations environment to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale and motivation at all levels within the workforce.
• Technical Specification and Compliance: To ensure technical specifications or standards for equipments and machineries are compliance with the policies and Statutory’s requirements of the Company. To co-ordinate and execute technical activities with the Consulting Engineers, suppliers and contractors by ensuring specifications and standards are met.
• Safety, Health and Environment: To ensure the safety and environmental issues of the Company are in compliance with the Statutory regulations.
• Location: Preferred work location at Kapar, Selangor.
