Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and regulations.
• Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK) certificate & other customs-related certificates.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate import/export shipments and transport arrangements.
• Handle documentations and operations for sea/airfreight and customs clearance.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipments.
