A leading beauty retailer in Malaysia, Selangor is looking for an enthusiastic retail associate to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. You will maintain store merchandise, manage inventory, and create a welcoming environment for customers. Strong knowledge and passion for beauty products will be advantageous. The role involves engaging with customers, upselling products, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Achieve individual and store sales goals through excellent service and upselling.
• Maintain outstanding storage conditions and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure displays are properly merchandised and fully stocked.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock returns.
• Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner.

Be well informed by attending company, product training and continuous learning and practicing the teachings

Manage store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures provided by the company

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate beauty products and solutions

Manage all issues that arise by customers (feedback, concerns,etc) and mall’s management.

Other Responsibilities

Ensure the premises is well organized and clean on a daily basis

Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner

Build a good rapport with customers to encourage them to become our loyal customer
