Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial impacts and business outcomes.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Prepare and manage rolling forecasts, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Partner with the CEO and senior management on long-term financial and strategic planning initiatives.
• Provide financial insights on capital investments, operational improvements, and business initiatives.
• Act as a finance business partner to department heads, supporting budget monitoring, risk management, and cost optimisation.
• Deliver clear, timely financial reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, reporting standards, and support audit requirements.

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-7 years of financial planning and analysis experience with progressive responsibility.
• Advanced hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
