The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in analyzing complex financial and commercial data, building actionable models, and driving process automation to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making. This role partners closely with commercial teams to translate data into insights, identify opportunities for growth, and add tangible value to business performance in a high-energy, results-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations that drive business performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs, trends, and commercial performance
• Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making capabilities
• Analyze historical and real-time data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support pricing, investment, and commercial initiatives with robust financial analysis and scenario planning
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business cases to support strategic projects and senior management decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a finance mindset and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or business partnering, preferably in consumer goods, FMCG, or fast-paced commercial organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with financial modeling, business intelligence tools, and automation of reporting processes
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex financial information to non-finance teams
• Proactive, curious, and commercially minded, with a strong focus on adding value to the business
