The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is a crucial role at the SWAN GARDEN RESORT HOTEL (MELAKA), responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations. This full‑time position is based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this hospitality business.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the hotel's F&B offerings and overall guest experience
• Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and catering services
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of the F&B team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitoring and analysing F&B financial performance, and implementing cost‑effective measures
• Collaborating with the hotel's marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies
• Fostering positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key industry stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar F&B management role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing F&B operations
• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
