The ideal candidate is a Malaysian citizen or resident, with experience in hotel F&B operations preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident due to work permit restrictions.
  • Preferred candidates should have prior experience in hotel F&B operations.
  • Experience in In Room Dining is an added advantage.

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Captain-In Room Dining is responsible to assist the Assistant In Room Dining Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities skills are essential.
