A leading hospitality brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Captain-In Room Dining to assist in managing operations and providing excellent service in line with corporate strategies. The ideal candidate is a Malaysian citizen or resident, with experience in hotel F&B operations preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Captain-In Room Dining is responsible to assist the Assistant In Room Dining Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
