Job description

The Florist is responsible for arranging flower orders from customers. This role requires a strong passion for flowers, artistic flair, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flower Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare flower arrangements in accordance to specifications, inciting attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Flower Maintenance: Ensure proper care and maintenance of flowers, including conditioning, trimming stems, and handling with care. Follow established protocols to maximize the longevity and beauty of the floral arrangements.
• Event Setup and Dismantling: Assist with event set-up, including arranging and positioning floral displays at event venues. Safely transport floral arrangements to the event location, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Floral Design: Opportunity to create stunning and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions, including weddings, corporate functions, and everyday floral orders.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current floral design trends and work with the innovation team to prototype and create stunning products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional Florist or Floral Designer is preferred.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for design and color coordination.
