Job summary

A leading travel consultancy in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to process bookings and create travel itineraries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism, at least 3 years of experience in Inbound Tour Operations, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include liaising with overseas agents, preparing quotations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inbound Tour Operations in European & English speaking markets.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, other languages are a bonus.
  • Knowledge of responsible tourism is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Correspond with overseas travel agents and provide accurate travel information.
  • Advise and create travel itineraries for agents.
  • Make quotations/proposals and reconfirm bookings.
  • Work with Operations team to deliver optimal service.
