Responsibilities

• Compile FAIR submission package to customer.
• Communicate with customer on all FAIR submission requirements.
• Assist the Metrology Manager on all Metrology technical issues.

Skills

Knowledge of GD&T

Ability to interpret 2D mechanical drawings

Proficiency in FMEA

Knowledge of SPC and lean manufacturing

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Job description

Responsible to compile FAIR submission package to customer.

Responsible to communicate with customer on all FAIR submission requirements.

Responsible to communicate with others internal teammates on FAIR sample readiness.

To communicate and cooperate with internal project teammates for NPI programs.

Responsible to assist the Metrology Manager on all Metrology technical issues.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above, with preference in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• To have sound foundation in GD&T (Geometric and Dimensioning Tolerancing), able to interpret 2D mechanical part drawing well.
• Expose to Machining, Sheet Metal, Welding & Painting environment will be added advantage.
• With minimum 3 years and above work experience in related field.
• Strong personality with dynamic characteristics.
• Able to knowledge of FMEA, SPC, CpK, Cp, GR&R.
• To have knowledge of FA or PPAP.
• To have other QC Tools will be advantage besides AQL sampling plan knowledge.
• Knowledge of SPC, lean manufacturing or six sigma methodology, 8D principle for CA & PA, QC 7 tools.
• Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin.
