Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze SaaS and cloud consumption to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast Digital Workplace technology spend based on usage trends.
• Analyze license utilization and support renewal, renegotiation, and rationalization decisions.
• Collaborate with IT Product Owners to embed cost accountability into service ownership.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate cost drivers, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Support implementation of showback and chargeback mechanisms where applicable.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve pricing structures and consumption
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and transparency across the Digital Workplace landscape.
