• Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts team for effective financial reporting.

Job description

Responsible to lead and accountable for the overall Finance and Accounts team especially the smooth functioning of the financial reporting and performance management for multiple regions (Malaysia & SEA)

Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly group consolidated accounts.

Review and analyse the financial statements of all entities within the group.

Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, legal advisor, and banker on legal, banking and statutory compliance matters.

To collaborate with Top Management to establish effective processes of the company's financial books.

Managing the processes for financial forecasting, comprehensive budgets and overseeing the preparation of financial reporting measures.

Ad-hoc assignment from the Management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 6:30PM)
Working Location: 9, Persiaran Industri, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia

What we are looking for:

• Candidates must possess Accountant Qualification from relevant professional bodies (ACCA/CPA/MIA or equivalent)
