Job Description

Your main job responsibilities will include:

1. Provide subject matter expertise for finance systems (including PeopleSoft, Hyperion Suite, Essbase, Workday) to support finance users and processes.
2. Utilize established ITIL processes for incident resolution and request fulfillment.
3. Understand the business impact of incidents and escalate unresolved issues to second-level support, IT, or management promptly.
4. Participate in both routine and complex projects, depending on your experience and position in the learning curve.
5. Assist in developing business requirements, documenting procedures, and testing as a subject matter expert on cross-functional IT/business teams.
6. Guide the activities of entry-level staff and assist with knowledge sharing.
7. Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure seamless service.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years of finance or IT experience, with experience working with finance ERP systems, including Workday. They should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, and great attention to detail.
