JobResponsibilities:

  • To support the company's Cost Accounting Hub operation.
  • Performing monthly financial close activities for cost accounting processes.
  • Working closely with business partners or inventory business owners to achieve operational goals and improve internal controls on inventory management.
  • Providing variance analysis and accounting-related reports to business partners or inventory business owners.
  • Participate / support internal, external and SOX process audits, walk-through and / or reviews.
  • Support corporate / enterprise projects related to inventory or ERP upgrades.
  • Documenting and updating cost accounting processes, procedures and key controls in line with US GAAP & SOX.

JobRequirements:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration; OR Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MNC environment or an international accounting firm.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, interprets, summarize and articulate financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP System will be an added advantage.
