About the role
In this role, the manager is expected to oversee and work with the respective team leads on the day-to-day operations of the Finance Shared Service Centre out of KL office with a team of 40-50 Finance Associates responsible for O2C, P2P, R2R transactions for 6-8 countries in APAC. Given the relatively new establishment of the SSC, the manager acts as a champion for it and is expected to identify areas of improvement in terms of processes, compiles with Fugro’s compliance policies and drives for readiness of SSC to take over more financial activities from local finance to KL SSC in the long run.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance, APAC, with a dotted line to Group FSSC operations Manager.
