We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance department. This pivotal role is ideal for an individual with 6 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly within a manufacturing, retail or industrial environment. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and overall financial health.
Strategic Financial Support
Advise senior leadership with data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
Set financial goals and monitor KPIs to support growth and strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and decision support.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Ensure sufficient liquidity through effective cash flow planning and treasury operations.
Develop working capital strategies to improve cash position.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Conduct profitability analysis across departments and projects.
Recommend initiatives to improve margins and financial efficiency.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
Strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial data and company assets.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful audits.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and development.
Promote collaboration and alignment across finance and other departments.
Set performance goals and ensure departmental efficiency.
Identify financial, market, and operational risks.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
Ad-Hoc Analysis & Special Projects
Lead special financial initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
Support business development through detailed financial modeling and investment analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
6–10 years of finance experience, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience in manufacturing, retail or industrial sectors.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, Xero and ERP platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
Effective communicator with leadership qualities and team‑building capabilities.
