A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while managing a finance team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and significant experience in Operational Finance, preferably in a retail environment. Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills are essential. This role will contribute to the strategic financial decision-making of the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Retail / Convenience Store / FMCG Environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for accurate financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with finance teams.
• Oversee accounting systems and ensure data integrity.
