About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to support the company’s financial operations across Malaysia and regional entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing environment and is confident managing full sets of accounts, reporting, and compliance matters.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations and accurate reporting aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings, tax, and audit-related documents.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and internal cost control procedures.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with HR on related financial matters.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
• Assist in implementing financial processes and improving system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an SME or regional setup.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, tax, and compliance.
