We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to manage our financial operations and provide strategic insights that drive our business growth while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance. You will be leading in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis to support management’s strategic and operational decisions.

Job Description

Oversee the company’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, provide financial guidance in alignment with company objectives, under the supervision of the Senior Finance Manager

Managing all financial operations including daily transactions, budgeting, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and leading the accounting team to achieve the company’s fiscal objectives.

Monitor daily financial activities: accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), sales order registration, customer collections, fixed assets, inventory, and currency exchange transactions.

Develop annual budgets and forecasts: review and analyse financial data, track variances, and assess performance to support management decision-making.

Prepare and present timely, accurate financial reports — monthly, quarterly, and annually — including balance sheets and income statements for stakeholders.

Leading accounting team: Develop, implement, and monitor accounting systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Monitor, plan, and manage cash flows, credit control, and taxation matters while ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

Provide strategic financial advice to management, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with audit, statutory, and tax requirements.

Oversee proper month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations.

If an operational necessity exists, tasks can also be assigned to the employee outside his / her area of responsibility.

Requirements

Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (eg: ACCA, CIMA), or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

Minimum of 5 years working experience with managerial experience in an Accounting/Audit.

Possess knowledge in SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage

Experience in preparing company accounts in compliance with US GAAP or for Nasdaq-listed companies will be an added advantage.

Experience in Information Technology (IT) industry is an advantage.

Capable of leading, motivating, and developing team members.

Experience in managing accounts on a project basis will be an added advantage
